I too have been playing this game for a long time before the betting side came about. I’d really like to see the bots skill level be addressed. They seem to bid very low with great hands and overbid and get set way too frequent. They also have no concept of the bag totals. They are more than willing to take extra bags even when you’re at the max. Also for betting, why am I putting in 1800 only to win 900? Shouldn’t you at least bet to double your money? Hopefully some of these changes will get addressed soon.

Been trying over a week to get response to see if paid version without adds is available. Replied in Spanish that someone would respond back. Nada.

Gameplay- Saying nothing of the fact that the programming of the bots in the game is painfully lacking, the alleged issue with the bots cutting tricks they don’t need to make their bids while not covering your nil bid has NOT been fixed. There is a clear algorithm in the background of the card distribution that allows for closer competition, especially true when competing against bots. Suffice to say the card distribution is not random in any game mode. Advertisements- Entirely too many and too often, they are too obtrusive, oftentimes popping up unexpectedly and covering significant parts of the screen (like your cards that you need to see,) and having no way to get rid of them. You cannot rejoin a game you’ve left. Interestingly enough, for giggles, I tested the “countdown timer” on how long I had to wait to view the next ad to get the bonus 215 coins.. I’m not sure what timekeeping system they are using to track 20 minutes, but it isn’t one based in our universe. Jogatina- despicable. You know what you did with the clock. Fix that, and don’t be frauds.

This is getting to be ridiculous! The ads at the bottom of the screen constantly get stuck & you can’t see your cards to even bid! Other people have the same issue & I’m about done trying to play this game!!

Why would you have pop up ads take over in the middle of the game?! It makes no sense. It slows down the play and half time you have close the app to get back in and lose coins. Fix this immediately! You all are ruining the game

This used to be good, but now it’s just awful. When I play the practice rounds, all of my cards are between 10 and Aces. It’s no fun when the cards aren’t randomly dealt.

I have been playing this game for years, before the added betting mode finally happened. Since that has bee implemented the game has gone down. Nearly every game I’m in has only bits for opponents and they are unpredictable and not really good competition. I believe that the betting mode has too many issues, like one of the reviews that I read said, the coins are deducted from my balance and the game ends without my winning being added. It’s extremely frustrating and I miss the old way. I do realize that is how you are trying to earn your money by the countless ads for every game you enter, but would much rather be playing with real people. Is that a possibility?

After all the updates and changes have ran off most of the players you get stuck with a bot that bids low and helps you lose by getting 10 bags.

Update #3 when I win a game, the app adds the points earned but then immediately subtracts them. I’ve gone from close to 30,000 points to less then 10,000. Should run out soon. Another update (#2): I bet and the points are taken away but never opens a game. Just lost 1800 points three times and still no game opens up. Update: So tired of large ads covering keyboard so you cannot bet, or play. Can’t tell other players why you can’t play either (or leave game) as everything is under ad that covers at least the bottom 1/3 of phone screen. Also game locks up many times after a win so you don’t get your points earned. PLEASE JUST GO BACK TO PLAY WITHOUT HAVING TO BET and GETTING MISPROGRAMMED BOTS to ENSURE LOOSING. Did not like that I had to sit through yet ANOTHER ad each day to earn coins I’d never use to bet. Just want to play the card game. But low and behold, the game now only gives me the option to bet coins (cannot try to play with others on line) and I’m seeing the bots are being sure I loose. I ‘bet’ once I run out of coins, the game is going to ask me to purchase coins. Why not just let people play the game? Looks like soon I’ll be moving on to another spades game.

Rip off game. It drops CONSTANTLY when you’re playing and you have to pay more coins to get back in the same game. People also slow down when losing so the don’t get coins deducted. Very poor server they use here. I’m owed many, many coins from game drops. Think I’ll get them back? 🙄

I enjoy the game much. I dislike paying points when the application doesn’t connect and actually play a game. Seems unfair iOS version is 17.4.1 iPhone 11 is the model App version is 4.0.6

I do not like the changes to have to bet or look at videos to play this spades game. I dislike when the game freezes it doesn’t take you back to the game you were in. It makes you have to rebet more coins in order to play. This app for spades used to be the best now getting to be the worst.

Played for years and everything was great. I overlooked the betting update and all of a sudden, it now takes your coins but a game will not load. The game has crashed or something.

I miss the old app where you could play live people and there was no “betting” nonsense! It’s just not enjoyable when you have to wait 20 min to earn cards by an add just to get bot players anyway.

I’ve been playing this game for years. Suddenly it doesn’t work for about a week

This game is horrible. The server freezes up and you lose your points which forces you to watch more. I’m fine with ads. I understand is how the company stays in business. But when they are server crashes, you shouldn’t be penalized. Complete waste of time.

Today is Jan 13, 2024. Your app has too many bugs in its startup mode (before actually getting to play a game) to make it worth the effort to play. Ok, for the fifth time, after playing a game, I am NOT given the choice to continue playing with same people even though they have selected to play again, requiring me to exit out and restart. When opening the app, I am required to watch several ads AND do things as a guest BEFORE given the option to login with either FACEBOOK or APPLE. When yo introduced the betting mode, nothing worked. You could not even open the app. It took you several days to fix the bugs that would even allow that. The above items are what I am talking about. Today is Mr h 24, 2024. Nothing mentioned before has been corrected. Now, I can’t even get to an actual game via FB, Apple or as a guest. Furthermore, you have to bet prior to being connected to a game. If not connected, you loose your bet. This means your cash amount decreases each time you try to play but can’t. These problems have been reported several times without any resolve or even addressing concerns therefore I have deleted the app.

The new updated version took awhile to get used to. Started liking it…. NOW it keeps losing connection……and you end up losing all the points you’ve built up. PLEASE FIX IT.

Too many intrusive ads!

It was fun playing with other real people. But they changed it. Now you have to earn or buy coins in order to play. And most of the time, you play with bots, not real players. VERY disappointing.

I have played 1,000s of times. When you added the music you ruined it. 2 Things On almost every deal there is a player that bids Nil and my lowest card is a 9. That’s impossible to happen over and over. The music sounds like porn music from the 70’s. Not that I ever watched. Add a button to turn off music but leave card sounds. Thanks

I have been playing this game for years. In the past few month they added a bet option. Past few days they took off the option to play with real people without betting!! No to mention that when there was an option to play with real players they pushed a fake person on you as a partner ( a bot with fake picture of a person) Now they even push on you a bot in bettering mode!! Who ever play with a bot as a partner usually loses

Hate the new betting format, and now multiplayer is gone, without the betting/wagering feature. A fun app that I used almost daily is now irritating hot garbage.

The updated version isn’t as competitive as before. I’m looking for the better, more fair game. Thx

The new update requiring players to wager coins is ruining the game play. Get rid of this feature so we can just play. The app also has created bot players that look like real people, however, they do not have any intuition whatsoever. So frustrating.

Between every hand on spades the virus pops up and I have tried to get rid of it by deleting your app, removing all history and websites, not allowing pop-ups and then reinstalling your app. Nothing helps. The virus comes from cloudfront.net as I said in the title. You asked for a photo but I don’t see a way to provide that.

I have been playing this game for years. I have given it a high rating. Since this latest update it has become really boring. When you play with bots the player on the left constantly bids nil, and I consistently have an awesome hand. The is no randomness, no challenge, no fun.

Good game so far little easy but nothings gone wrong in the first 8 minutes. Been twenty minutes later I’m bored 😐. I played this game with my friends and it was fun but it is mid here but still good good good game.

This game used to be the best, and now it is the worst. Even when you select a multiplayer game, they are giving you bots with human names trying to trick you. I wanna play this anymore and I have been playing it for years. I also paid for the game originally and now it doesn’t matter you will get ads.

This game used to be great. Now there are so many long ads between each hand it’s unbearably to play.

People assume you are a certain color which is weird. App shouldn’t allow people to make racist comments

II played this game everyday. Your VERY ANNOYING ads that have popped up a few months ago are really annoying, to say the least. And it also seems that since these ads have appeared, the bots have become dumber. Cards are played that no one with half a brain or know how to play the game, would ever play; and I make this assessment after all cards are played by all players. Very frustrating!!! This game has come much less enjoyable to me!!

It say 0 people on the multiplayer

Not sure what’s going on…..why can’t I play with others? This was my fave app!

Constantly kicks me off and after several times of trying, I can’t even get into a table. I’ve tried customer service atleast 100x with no response… still. You’re penalized with trash hands when you leave a game but if you’re placed with someone that automatically bids a BLIND nil, why would I stay? I get mutted for communicating things like “stop holding the game” because alot of internet trolls literally don’t play their card until the very last second… repeatedly. That user then flags me bc I spoke in the chat. Seemingly the app administrators just mute you automatically now. Maybe understaffed? Idk but it’s unnecessary. Also, the freezing in the middle of games! The worse. Oddly it’s when my team is winning. But Here again you have to exit the game (fyi there’s no other way to go back in the game you were in).. wait thru a 1000 ads, just to wait to connect again. Just over it. I’ve enjoyed some aspects of the app but at this point I’ll look elsewhere. - Former supporter of over 6 yrs.

Incredible app. Simple, elegant, customizable without being overwhelming. It’s a great app. If I could make 1 change it would be the bots. Idk who coded those things, but they need to be fired and replaced by like a blind pig and it would probably give better results.

There’s a reason this game cannot break 100 players at any given time. The Bots are the worst, especially when you go nil and the Bot wastes an Ace of spades when there is no reason to use it. Bots take unneeded bags. Programmer must not know how the game is played.

This is my best Spades ♠️ Game. I love it!!!

I wish the bots could or would actually play efficiently. Tired of my partner banking up bags when they dont have to or under biding “1” when they have 4 high spades… so frustrating. Im moving on to another app. Its no fun!

I really enjoy playing Spades, and particularly the Jogatina version. However lately it’s been closing down after maybe a hand! Does it need an update to get out the bugs?

There is a black screen pop up that happens when playing against bot and when playing against other people. It pops up during games as if a video is going to play. You can X out of it but it pops up again and again every 5-20 seconds. I am using an iPhone With iOS 15.6.1. Please fix this bug. Playing the game has become unbearable.

I play this game all the time to pass time. I really enjoy playing against the robots actually I prefer to play with the robots because every time I play on line my partner seems to be an idiot..lol they are extra slow and the don’t know how to play so they either over bid or under bid and we lose the game. I do lose with the robots sometimes but the game goes much faster and it is still challenging.

That’s insane, I bid 2 or 3 and they go nil with the Q of spades? Also, many times I can’t get out of the ad and have to shut it down

This format is very slow. I usually play with bots for this reason only. I would like to play with people but the pace is ssooooo slow. Also the app does not distribute cars equitably. It get stuck and I have to delete it and reinstall often.

I lost the app when computer crashed. Since I’ve reinstalled, there are irritating ads, sometimes covering cards and content. I’ve emailed about it but I get nowhere with them. Very disappointing!

Since the last update (3.1.12) the game crashes every few minutes on my iPad. Update. The problem has been resolved.

Frequently gets an ad stuck on the main page and you are not able to play. You have to delete app and re-install it.
